Please note, when filling out our custom cake form we will need to approve the cake text. We want to be super original and steer away from "Happy Birthday" or "Happy Anniversary".
Ideally, you should eat your cake as soon possible (shouldn't be too hard, right?) but if you can't enjoy it on the day of delivery here is what you should do!
If you are going to eat the cake 1-2 days after delivery, you should store the cake in the fridge in its original packaging. To ensure the cake is as delicious as when you first received it, take it out of the fridge approx. 1-2 hours before consumption or until it's at room temperature. Keep the cake in a cool room and do not leave the cake in direct sunlight! :)
Our lunchbox cakes are 10cm in diameter. This is the perfect size for 1-2 people.

We currently do offer a Gluten free option! However at the moment we do not offer sugar free or vegan options on baby cakes.

Our cakes are halal friendly! They do not contain alcohol or animal gelatine.
Yes! All our cakes come with a little card which can fit 1-2 sentences of writing.
By filling out the personalised note option before adding to cart, you can let your friend know the cake is from you! We do not disclose any personal or billing information, so don't forget to include a card to ensure your friend knows the suprise is from you!
We do not disclose any of your personal information to the cake recipient. Therefore, if you would like to remain anonymous, simply do not include a personalised message.
We require at least 48 hours notice for placing a cake order for a baby cake - unless we are sold out prior. For a bigger size, please ensure to book it in minimum 1 week in advance.

If you require an urgent cake, simply send an email to ciao@casadolcedesserts.com.au . We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make it but we will do our best to accomodate your order. The rush order will cost an additional $10.00. Plus any additional express delivery fees. (This only applies to baby cakes).
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at ciao@casadolcedesserts.com.au . Don't forget to check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there!
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start whipping up your cake - so should you need to cancel please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Of course! We understand decisions are hard especially when it comes to choosing the perfect cake. Send your changes over to ciao@casadolcedesserts.com.au 48 hours before scheduled delivery.
Cakes can only be left at the door if it has been discussed with our team. Cakes cannot be left in the sun or in busy locations. If no one will be home please let us know in advance.
If no one is there to accept delivery, the cake will be returned to our premises and a redelivery fee will be charged to the customer.

We offer delivery to all Sydney Metropolitan areas within a 50km radius of Croydon Park.
Our delivery partner give us a broad window of 11am - 6pm.
Alternatively, they have a morning window which is from 9am - 1pm at an aditional $9.99. Contact us if you would like this option.
We offer contactless pick up for all our cakes in Croydon Park. The address will be sent to you after your order has been placed.
We take pride and are so careful with all our cakes! When we hand them over to you, they will be in perfect condition. We recommend checking your cake before you leave our premises as we are not liable for any damage that may occur once the cake is in your care.
Never place a cake on your car seat during transportation. Transport them on a flat and secure surface.
Your order will arrive on the delivery date you choose! Your cake will be delivered anytime between 11am - 6pm.
Our trusted third party delivery service will be delivering straight from our humble HQ to ensure absolute freshness. While we can’t provide exact tracking just yet, we assure you that our team will be treating your cake with absolute love and care and it will get to you within the estimated time frame.
